Is the website preview really free?
Yes. The preview lets you see the proposed direction before you decide to buy. We do not ask for card details or take payment to prepare it.
What does £19 a month cover?
Hosting, an SSL certificate and technical maintenance for the agreed website. Domains, additional pages and larger content changes are quoted separately. Your proposal sets out the full scope.
Do I need to write everything myself?
No technical brief is needed. Tell us what you do, where you work and what makes your business different. We agree what content and photos are needed, and any additional copywriting, before you pay.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Usually, yes. Tell us the domain when you enquire. We will explain what is needed and agree any domain-related costs before proceeding.
Will my website get me to the top of Google?
No one can honestly guarantee that. We prepare a fast, well-structured website with useful content and essential on-page SEO. Local visibility also depends on competition, your business profile, reviews and ongoing work.
What if I decide not to go ahead?
There is no obligation to buy after the preview. If you proceed, the scope, total price, payment schedule, cancellation terms and ownership arrangements are agreed in writing first.
