Who is responsible for your information

The website operator is identified below when the business configuration has been completed. Contact the operator about your data using the published email address or contact page.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we collect your business name, trade, name, email and WhatsApp number, plus any website address or notes you choose to provide. We use these to respond and prepare a requested proposal or preview. We do not subscribe you to marketing messages through this form.

Our basis for handling an enquiry

We use enquiry information to take steps you request before entering a contract, or to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries where that basis is appropriate. We use limited security information to protect the form against abuse. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; we will consider your circumstances.

Enquiry delivery and messaging

The enquiry form sends your details through our server to our business chat in Telegram. You do not need a Telegram account. Telegram processes and stores the delivered message under its own terms. The separate WhatsApp contact panel prepares a message on your device. Opening WhatsApp passes that draft to WhatsApp; we receive it only after you press Send there. The website does not store the WhatsApp draft on its server. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. If live chat is enabled, choosing to open it loads tawk.to, which processes chat content and technical information and uses its own cookies. We do not automatically copy form entries into live chat.

Who handles the information

The configured hosting, enquiry-delivery and email providers may process information on our behalf. If server delivery is configured instead of WhatsApp, the form sends your enquiry to our configured receiver using an encrypted connection. We do not sell enquiry data. The operator must identify its actual providers and any international transfer arrangements before this notice is approved.

How long we keep it

Enquiry retention is determined by whether the conversation is active, whether a proposal or contract follows, and any applicable record-keeping needs. The operator must publish and apply its approved retention schedule before launch. Security rate-limit records expire after ten minutes; duplicate-submission identifiers expire within 24 hours.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your information, where the relevant right applies. Contact the operator first so the request can be addressed. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Security and changes

The form validates requests on the server and uses anti-spam and rate-limit controls. We do not use enquiry information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. This notice will be updated if the way information is handled changes.
