Terms
Read the terms for using this website, requesting a free preview and understanding the scope of a website proposal.
Using this website
This website explains our website-design service for trades and local businesses. Use it lawfully, do not attempt to disrupt it, and only send information you have the right to share. Website information is general; your written proposal defines any purchased service.
Your free preview
Requesting a preview does not create a purchase or require payment details. A preview illustrates a design direction, not a finished or live customer website. Timing and any information we need are confirmed in our follow-up. You are under no obligation to buy.
Prices and scope
The advertised offer starts at £149 setup plus £19 per month for a straightforward trades website. Additional pages, domains, specialist functionality and extra content work are quoted separately. The final total, applicable VAT, payment schedule and service scope are confirmed in writing before payment.
A separate service agreement
Before a paid project begins, the proposal must set out deliverables, approval steps, timelines, ownership and licences, domain arrangements, ongoing support, cancellation and termination. Do not assume that a monthly fee includes unlimited design or content changes.
Content and examples
Examples are demonstration concepts unless explicitly identified otherwise. Stock photography is illustrative and is not evidence of work completed by a client. You must have permission to supply photos, logos, reviews and other material for a website. Claims and credentials must be accurate.
Results and availability
We do not guarantee a search ranking, enquiry volume or business revenue. We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
